On Sept 28, I was charged $9.95 to my bank account from CIC monitoring for a credit membership that was apparently signed in my name in the middle of August. After spending hours on the phone with this company, I was given the run-around about how to get a refund. They kept saying the only way to get in touch with their refund center was to fax a copy of my credit card information and the account to which it was deducted from. After explaining to the person on the phone that I would not send a fax to a company that refuses to handle phone calls they placed me on hold. And I'm still on hold. I will be contacting my bank in the morning to advise them that this company has withdrawn money from my account without authorization.
I also plan on speakin the the states Attorney Generals office to determine what type of law suit can be filed against this company.
