I did give Premium Advantage permission to withdraw $299.95 from my bank account in exchange for a credit card with a limit of $3000. They did this immediately. After 5 weeks and many phone calls, I still have not received anything from them. The phone operators are rude, impatient, disconnect you, give a different answer each time I call. I regret that I did not investagate this company better, now I must go through the hassel of getting a refund. They also start withdrawing the $20 amounts almost immediately.
