Ok, so this is what happened. I sold a red xbox 360 controller on amazon.com marketplace. They did not have a listing for the controller by itself, so I had to list it under the controller that came with the plug n charge kit, however I clearly stated in the comments that it did not come with this item. The buyer purchased the item and I shipped it with delivery confirmation. The buyer receives it and then emails me saying I didn't ship the charge kit. I email him back stating that I stated in the comments that it didn't include this item. He files one of their famous a to z guarantee claims, and I file a rebuttal saying I CLEARLY stated that this part of the item wasn't included. Well not even 24 hours later I get an email back saying he was being issued a refund and did not have to ship the item back to me. I called their customer service number to find out what was going on. The gentleman rudely stated that he was issued a refund because I was not allowed to state in the comments of the item any differences it has from the listed product, ok so I'm like fine, so you're telling me I can go find any item on amazon that states something different than the item description, order it, and then file a claim and get my money back... His response, 'absolutely'. This is incredible I'm screwed out of my 35 dollars, plus shipping, but the bigger picture here is if you're still willing to sell on amazon do not and I repeat do not differ from the exact item description they provide.
