Group K hurts they do not worry about their workers whatsoever. I had been having an event having a DM which was managing everybody like shit and so I visited the Local Operations supervisor plus they turned everything on me and stated I had been the poor one. That DM attempted to create me-up and I've never been created up within the 4 years I Have been using the organization so i declined it. We'd a take a seat plus they could not care less what I'd to express since that one DM have been using the organization for two decadesapproximately... Today I acquired used in the southside places that we required and got once they created me remain in the area i requested to obtain out-of and only at that shop the store-manager screamed at me for anything his favorite person he moved with him did not do. He was shouting at me and set his fingers in my own experience so when i told him to consider his fingers outta my encounter he explained "he might do what-ever her desired to do". Today months later another event happened he's continuously selecting at me for foolish things. He attempts to state organization policy is that this which however requires the ucp gift cash and places it within the register and requires house alcohol... I guess that AINT business plan. I am fed up with this bullshit butt organization of course if it had been for me personally having difficulty within this economy discovering another work I'd have now been out the doorway. Somebody needs to do something positive about bad therapy to workers at group e.
