We bought furniture on the interest free so many years to pay loan and then came back in a few days and purchased more, however because the second purchase was of a lesser amount it only qualified for 6 months same as cash. Herein lies the problem, when we went to pay off the smaller one that was due, there was no-way to apply all of the payment towards it. You can not distinctly say which one you want the money to go towards even though one is due now and the other in a few years. We called several times to inquire as to how the funds would be applied so that we would know for sure how much to pay in order to assure the smaller one that had came due was paid in full. We ended up paying $200 over the amount due on the smaller loan just to make certain and two weeks later they still can not tell me if the smaller is paid off now because they have to wait until the new statement prints. Which by the way will be after the due date for all to be paid off on the smaller loan or else interest will be applied back to the date of purchase.
