Llc ripoff dishonest rude and nastty

I have additional chargers on my bill, however no explanition what they are for? I have been harassed by Kim a collection agent.

I do have her on tape stating "GREENTREE does not care about customers only money."

I have been sent default letters that are dated two weeks prior to the enevolpe post office stamp? I have all records, and enevolpes.

They even lost my orginal contract! I still have my home, however i do try to pass the same attitude along when it comes to this company. I can not help but be mean.
