I am permanently disabled, on a fixed-income, and was victim to a fraudulent foreclosure, embezzlement, extortion, fraud scheme by my homeowners association (HOA), Lakeside Plaza Condominium Association (Lakeside Plaza) in Reno, Nevada. (See Washoe County District Attorney #406539, Reno Police Dept.
