I was in need of a comm private lender, so i went online to group chats, and a consulant from "kindom builders financail group" responded. I told him i was impressed with the website and it seemed like they were a company i wanted to colaborate with. The consultant was quick to bring up the lender due diligence fee, s.$3500-$7500. Which are non refundable. He informed me that the fees don, t go to kbfg, but to the different companies invloved with reports, appraisals etc. That they only use, to their standard. He also mentioned their fees are much more cheaper then other lender fees.
I decided to look again at the website of kbfg, and notice that there wasen, t an address. Only a p.O. Box. Red flag for me. So i deceided to go to the website ob better bus. Bureau. Their result was that they weren, t registered with them. I e-mailed the consultant with with info. Appearantly he contact the ceo-terrance. Terrance e-mailed me and stayed" you don, t have to be registered with bbb to be in business. I responed by saying, "yes, that true. You don, t. But they didn, t find a legal registation".
Terrance e-mailed me back, and stated, "we don, t need negative people working with up. Don, t e-mail me again." i resonded to him saying, "if you are getting angry due to my inquiry, then i don, t need your company either."
