Ripoff

I was promised by the above individual at Centex Mortgage that all my bills would be paid off. This would get me out of collections. They overcharge on interest to get your credit back and don't follow through whatsoever with paying of my medical and other collections bills. I have made numerous attempts to work with Tami and she still won't work with me to pay of the collections bills which she promised at the signing and agreement of the loans. Centex doesn't follow through on their promises.
