I too have fallen victim to this company. My story is the same as all the others I have read with the phone call. After further Investigation I learned that it is illegal to ask for money up-front to provide "guaranteed" credit.
Also with more investigation I have learned that the BBB (Better Business Bureau) claims that no complaints have been filed or processed on these people. Although, since this is illegal, i have submitted my report to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, which is partnered with the FBI to handle these sorts of things.
If you have been a victim of these bastards, I implore you to report them to someone other than the BBB, such as the FTC or the IFCC, because these places are more likely to take these people down.
Hopefully, if enough complaints are submitted, arrests and restitution will be made. I have all but given up on getting my money back, but i want these bastards to go to jail.
