Fingerhut Past due bill from 1996, never ordered merchandise

I received a bill in the mail that I owed Fingerhut I dont owe Fingerhut $138 dollars... I always pay my bills... They, RJM, said i owed $138 dollars, they have used harassing mail to make me pay. I never owed this. I shall not pay. I am contacting the BBB and all other agencies... I wont dont paythese people.
