1. Cannot contact them by telephone since after multipe efforts it's obvious that Equifax telephone tree is complicated and round, and opposes mailed unwanted creditcheck solicitation, and appears to intentionally combat telephone contact.
2. Can't contact them thru website due to "host issue" on the finish, really ill-defined, which rings customer (me) back again to their beginning page after (I finished) websites of challenge data required by their website.
