James B Moran runs Washington Capitol Group, LLC. The advice I got was terrible. Losses were far lower than if I had not got "advice" from him and his group. After i let Jim go i was able to do much better on my own. Furthermore, he never answered my call and was rude a lot of the time. This company is a ripoff. I suggest people steer well clear of it.
