I've never heard about LVNV Funding LLC and also have never had a Sears card. I'd not concur that it had been my debt (since it is not) but she subsequently explained that it'd begin displaying on my credit history if offered to a different credit company and that I could be "playing european roulette" with my credit rating. Lastly, I decided to spend the $300, but nonetheless wont concur that it's my statement. After I requested for evidence, she stated that it'd get 30-60 times and at that time my statement might be actually higher without any possibility of negotiation due to the difficulty I'd have set them through.
