These people lure you in to get the so called "lower rates " but all they want is your money, I have refi'd with them and it cost me $300000 TO gET my RATE higher from 9% & 7% to 9% and 12% ARM

These people are the most scrupulous type of mortgage brokers i ever came across, it cost me $30000 to refi and get stuck with an even worst rate then I was before. Do not refi with them or even get a loan, they will say things like oh you cant get 1.2% loan but what that does is ADD to your house principal. And when the Loan to Value ration goes over 120% you LOSE YOUR HOUSE.
