I have had the same experience with the $1 buyout, which was verbally offered at the time of the lease which was 2007. I was never told about the 120 day deadline. My story mirrors what has been posted. I would recommend you do what i have done which is reporting five point capital to the better business bureau. Maybe if they receive numerous complaints about this company they will do something about their suspect business practices.
