Ripoff who are these people?

I just checked my bank statement and saw that I was charged $79.95 by CIC Credit Monitoring. I have no idea who this company is. I have ordered my credit report before, but always through Experian, TransUnion or Equifax directly... On their website. I wasn't sent a bill that I was going to be charged for this service (that I did not order), it was just deducted from my bank account. How did this happen?

I want my money back and intend to pursue legal action against this company.
