It takes me 10 trips, 25 phone calls and more than 100 days to lost my trust toward Fry;s Electronic.
I purchased an extended warranty on a Fujisu laptop and was promised to receive a replacement if they can not repair it. From April 7 till now (Aug 8), Fry's still hold me waiting. Manager promised to call me but never did. Supervisor apologized but no result.
You people should learn from my experience when it comes to trust people.By the way, my extended warranty cost me $500.00 on top of this $1,600.00 laptop.
