I First refianced with another a bank, and they sold my loan to emc in 2000. From that first day I have always had problems with them concerning my payments, currently they are threatning to forclose on me again they did this in also because they had post my payments to another client and tried to say it had not sent them in.
Currently i have an attorney handling things this time, because i am fed up!!! I have also contacted my congresswoman and the ftc, and hud! I am going to work with the FTC to file a class action suit against them.
Anyone that have a mortgage and you can refi out do it now!!!
