Last year my spouse tells me we are getting a new visa for emergencies. Nacs called and told him I ordered it. False. So he went ahead and sent them a deposit. After we received the catalog and all the trash with it, we returned a call to them.
They were everything but helpful. No refund on deposit. No visa, a catalog card. What? We tried to cancel it. We were told if we don't use it, we will not technically "open" the account.
Well, 1.5 years later, we are now getting mysterious withdrawals from this company. I am certainly getting my money back, even if my bank has to get it back for fraud. I went to the web page, there is no way of contacting them and the links do not work. Nice!!!
