National Association Credit Services aka NACS
Ripoff Your BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER is not safe

About an hour ago, I got a call from a company calling themselves NACS. They, called because I had applied for a credit card and was denied. So they had called to save the day. Actually, they ruined it...
The very first thing I asked for was their web address. They had told me 'NACSCARD.com' or 'NACSCREDIT.com'. Both were bogus. Well, me being so desperate for a credit card, I wanted to believe that maybe their website was down for the moment. It all started with one scam artists telling me that I was already approved for a MasterCard with a $500 limit, with a 6.9% APR and another card that was later explained to me as some sort of 'catalog credit card' with a $2,500 limit. He then told me that he was going to transfer me to my very own 'personal credit agent'. That's where it all went downhill.
This persons name was Jeff from NACS. I had asked him a million questions, and thought I was being very intelligent for doing so. Well, my stupidity really shined in the moments that followed my so-called 'intelligent' questions.
You have to understand, I live paycheck to paycheck, and have delliquent credit due to mistakes I made when I was younger, so I'm quite desperate for that financial edge that comes in plastic that so many other people have.
The whole deal seemed legitimate, based on all the questions I had asked. (it would take way too much time to go over those questions. Just think of the questions you would have asked)
After really debating whether or not I should give up my bank information to get these cards from NACS I eventually gave in... I'm so desperate for that financial edge... (I know so many of you know what I mean) I then was forwarded to some verification person, and the call was supposedly recorded by NACS. This 'verification' person spoke poor english, and it was hard to understand him with his accent. (probably middle-eastern, or maybe southern European) Anyway, I know that I had agreed to having $200 deducted from my checking account. This money is supposed to be used for a 'deposit' that I will supposedly be reimbursed for in the form of (2) $100 certificates that I can use toward any cash advances, or purchases. After hanging up the phone, I searched the web for this company NACS. It didn't take long to find some terrifying info on this company called NACS. So, be warned, my fellow Americans. NACS If this company EVER calls you, tell them to burn in hell. I know I was just scammed tonight by NACS, and hopefully, I know soon enough. Hopefully I can avoid any serious problems. If I do have problems in the future because of NACS, I will contact my state Attorney General, Mike Cox, my governor Jennifer Granholm, and federal Attorney General John Ashcroft. I urge all of you who have been robbed by NACS to do the same. NACS - don't fall for it. NACS evil. NACS scam NACS credit fraud NACS bank account number theft NACS New York NACS steal NACS $200 deposit NACS 2 $100 certificates NACS scam NACS credit card fraud NACS bank account fraud NACS steal your money (hopefully this will show up as number 1 on any search engine.)
