About 10 or 12 years ago I had a dispute with first Premier, Capital management will not stop I will not pay what I do not owe

Many
years ago I had a problem with Premier Bank I refuse to pay the
ridiculous mail of interest after paying off my credit card to cancel it
confused to cancel the kept charging now years and years later this
credit collection company refuses to leave me alone I will not pay what I
do not go
