Never received the product then was charged $74.08 and $83.88

I decided to get one of these test item and settled a little quantity for shipping, never obtained the merchandise subsequently was billed $74.08 and $83.88 about the 14 Nov. Subsequently today 29/11 observed there have been two more buy authorizations from my credit consideration towards the levels of $82.93 and $92.80. I'm presently offshore and was not able to query the very first funds.
