Newly divorced wanted a home of my own so i would not have to start over again. I took my retirement and put ten thousand dollars down and they are charging me 12.9 interest. I got behind last year 2 months and they are the rudest, uncaring people i have ever had to deal with. And all they do is yell at you and belittle you. I do recommend this company ay all. I tried to modify my loan at one month behind now and they will not give me a statement of payments until i make my payment.
