Accepted money for gold purchase then vacated

I set up a gold IRA in early May. The money was wired to Aurum Advisors by the IRA company. I was notified by the IRA company on June 19 that the depository had not received the shipment of precious metals. I attempted to contact Stuart Rickwood (salesman) at Aurum on June 20-22, leaving three phone messages, and did notget any response. When I called the following week, the voice mailboxes were full. Today, I called and was told by the receptionist (this is apparently a central receptionist service for the whole building) that no one from Aurum Advisors had entered the building today. When I asked if they were still in business, she replied that she "couldn't really say." I contacted my IRA company and was told that Aurum had not been returning their calls either. The money had been wired to the bank, so their was no stopping the payment or other course of action that they could take.
