We used American Bancard to process our credit card transactions. Apparently, they have a practice of witholding funds as a reserve against returns. When we discontinued using their services and switched to a better company American Bancard pointed to a clause in their contract that allowed them 10 months to hold OUR money. When 10 months passed they would not return our money. We've been in contact with Zietz and someone named Ira Bornstein - neither person will return our money. I don't know if they are going out of business or what but our money is now in serious jeopardy.
