I have named this bankruptcy department five times within the last 10 times. Each time I Have been placed on store five times (twice nowadays) and been on-hold for atleast 20 to 30 mins every time. Trying to a boss in Customer Support I had been placed on store for 11 mins! Financial Services may be the only location that addresses bankruptcies like mine. I just wish to discover this month easily owe a cost! I work - do they expect me to become on-hold that long after Iam at the office? Nowadays is a whole of 51 mins with however no solution from the department.
