He completely miss filed my returns and when I approached him to discuss he ignored my calls. When I went into his location I met more unhappy people looking for him. I went to a Mississauga location which he has on his website and they told me he hasen't been there for three years and that I am not the first person that can't get a hold of him. I should have known better when he answered the phone and lied about his where abouts right in front of me. I didn't think it was possible to be so incompetant.
