I read all the sad and unjust misfortune dealing with this dictatorship of a company name Ocwen. I just can not understand why the goverment is not helping us out with matter.
My story start off like this, I purchase my house in 1985 for 35,000.00 my wife and I divorced in 1988 whereas she was granted to stay in the house, however, the six years she was there she made inconsistenance payment and the house when into forclosure.
I took over the house in 1994 and made a couple a large payments to take the house off of sherrif sale and than made arragements to make the monthly payments which I currently have been doing on time for the last ten years.
Here come the injustice, do you know that ocwen have me an arrears for 22,000.00 and I still owe 33,000.00 on the mortgage which adds up to a sum of 55,000.00, the house is not even worth that amount.
I can not refinance with no other company because I have no equity or value in the house. Oh, I also forgot to let you know that I am being charge a whopping 10.5% rate.
Please someone help me with this matter I know there has to be somthing I can do. I am all ears
