I recently included an individual banking account to my Money One account to be able to create an internet cost. Somehow, the Money One online bank program connected my own checking account with my spouseis company Money One charge card, and permitted my own banking account to exhibit up whilst the main payment choice for that online business cost. The accountant, never suspecting a big change within the main payment account, instantly chosen the main account for cost, creating a sizable, company dimension payment from my own checking account, delivering it into facility. The client support representative wouldn't actually acknowledge that there's a significant defect within their site to connect an individual checking account having a company charge card (the company charge card doesn't actually appear on my own sign in), after which stated it'd consider 3-5 business days to return the cash to my bill. Peculiar, how an internet cost could be published inside an hour (and taken off my banking account), but a reimbursement to my overdrafted account requires the 3-5 times. The consultant, Victor, NEQ246, declined to I would like to talk to a boss, and had no regret for that effect of Money Oneis mistake. Positively pitiful customer support!
