Re: fraud by bank of america insurance claim#l12008134 policy #cw4947636 processed on march 5 by bank of america insurance company-cunningham lindsey, meritplan insurance company, and balboa insurance i was contacted by mike khavar about doing some work on one of his properties located at 865 esperanza pl chula vista, as i was currantly working on another property owned by him at 1374 south creekside dr in chula vista i did submit an estimate (attached) for the work on march 8 i was contacted by mahmoud razzaghi, on march 14 to meet with him and his sister maryam khavar, thier mother and another two brothers ahmed, and medhi at witch time my estimate was approved, the materials were ordered, and myself and three of my workers started working. Most of the materials were paid for in advance, as agreed when the work was completed i asked to be paid, mahmoud razzaghi requested that i sign and have noterized a paid in full release of uen (before i was paid) claiming he needed it to collect the money from the insurance company, i refused... I did call mahmouds phone numbers and the numbers for mike khavar that i have and did not get an answer, i traveled to the property at 865 esperanza pl a total 1 of 16 times and did not get an answer at the door, although i did seepeople looking out the windows, i contacted nikky jackson at balboa insurance (972) 526-6537 and was told that the payment was releasedto the bank of america account #102659169 i then contacted bank of america at 1 800 6696076 i was told that i had to fax them the" affidavit of bills paid and releaseof liens by contractor"stating the amount still owing to myself with a copy of my last invoice both to be noterized on april 30 all was sent as requested i called the bank of america at the same number as above on 01 may and spoke with a lady named april (rep #8316) 1 was given a request id# 10610586 and told that it was approved and i would be recieving a check in 3-5 days in the amount of $11,400.00 as per my invoice on may 4th i again called the bank to make sure it was mailed as stated, i spoke with shellta (rep#8918) and was told the request was declined to that the properywas short saled on march 2 (before the insurance claim) (to the sisterof of owner maryam khavar) that i thought was the owner to start with) when i asked about that she contacted a manager trent evans through instant message through relay between myself and shelita trent evans asked that i send pictures to his email at trent. Evans@bankofamerica of the work done, idid send the picturestime and date stamped of the work being done and completed (included) and another payment requestwas madeby trent evans request#10636895 on friday may 4 i contacted the bank again today and was told that the requestwas again declined because of the short sale i called trent evans at 480 4573377 his direct l1ne. 1asked him the same question, why was it decllned, and got the same answer "the short sale" 2 when i requesteda copy of the the request i was told to have my lawyers suponia it. And was hung up on.
