DON'T use First Niagara Bank - when you have profit that bank - transfer it elsewhere instantly. We've existed in 3 states today and also have never experienced such terrible customer support or ineptitude from the lender. They do not have consideration documents for individuals who had HSBC records, you-can't close-out a merchant account without moving in personally, they dropped our credit and bank cards, our new handle was never moved therefore issues are now being delivered all around the US... The number continues - more than 6 hours lost speaking with people and being set on hold-over a-3 time time.
