I applied an HSBC charge card for many of my company costs. I've a credit score of 807 and that I never skipped or was overdue on the cost. I did so spend my harmony each month and not settled a fund cost.

I came across that the merchant had twice charged my HSBC card for gear I bought. The payment seemed in two consecutive weeks. I approached the seller, they recognized the mistake and guaranteed to call-back. Once they hadnot named after 3 times I documented this by notice to HSBC and requested due to their support solving this. I subsequently delivered to China for all weeks on company. After I delivered I came across that nothing have been completed by HSBC. I approached them-and they responded that a lot of time had passed which I had been by myself. This even though that I'd submitted my problem inside the 60-day restriction HSBC stated to possess.

Today realize that, while I had been in China, my administrative secretary was examining my email and HSBC NEVER replied to my criticism. I approached them again, this time around by certified mail. Shortly afterwards they ended my bill. Again, I've an exceedingly high-credit score with no missed or overdue payments with HSBC or every other bank.
