First Niagara Bank had closed my account for no reason at all, it was a business account. It was poorly managed and maintained. One-day I had called in regaurding my account becuase my information was givien to a non-business member. This was totally the banks fault, they did not have my permission to give my information out to this former client. He was not on the account and was not the authorized signer. Kevin P. Johnson sent a letter out to my home reguarding my acounnt by the way he was very-unprofessional and ill-mannered. I had to contact some authoirites to get this situation sitragntned out with my personal informaion. It is not over between this bank I want to have justice for what happed to my acount and I will. I was not treated like a customer and will never do business with this bank again once this situation has been corrected.
