Altcharge was supposed to process ACH or e-check transactions for us. We had a contract. They broke the contract by gradually falling behind in their payments; they ultimately quit paying altogether. They currently owe us over $2 million dollars and will not return calls nor answer emails. On more than one occasion, they made verbal promises to pay owed balances and then reneged. We suspect they have taken our money and transferred it out of AltCharge into other companies doing the same thing under the names of TransAct, Transact Payment Gateway Solutions Limited, TPGSL, Amibug Holdings, V Internet Corp Merchant Services. We are looking at all assets owned by David Gareth Long and Scott Tracy. There seems to be a relocation in Texas.

Their conduct of business at first led us to believe they were in financial trouble, but when they quit talking to us and avoided calls, we began to suspect criminal behavior. We have turned the case over to attorneys and law enforcement (Local and Federal). We have also been in contact with state regulators. Look into their licensing very carefully. They seem to be trying to exclude their new companies from our lawsuits, but because of what we see as fraud and criminal activity, we will actively pursue these individuals wherever they try to hide. Perhaps there are others that will hand their complaints over to law enforcement.

It appears that their behavior is a pattern that they use with all of their customers.

One other item of suspicion is that they Search Engine Optimize websites about Altcharge Complaints to drive the facts of their behavior off the first page of anyone searching for information on them. This alone should tell you to look at them very closely and question them as a legitimate business.

Best Regards
