TRANSACT BILL.com overcharge you from 4$ to 60$

They tricked me and left me with no money. That was my pocket money that I've been saving for months. I was just trying to download something on the internet. The offer said that the trial account will be approximately 2$, but the took from me instead 60 $.

I don't know anything about this company. All I know is the name of the transaction that appears on my credit card is TRANSACT-BILL.com.

I got ripped-off and I don't know what to do.
