PNC's main customer website relies on Flash technology instead of HTML 5. Thus, any iOS device cannot access online statements. I have an iPad 2 and an iPod Touch and no regular access to a desktop computer. Since I am a Virtual Wallet customer, I do not receive printed statements. I am locked out of getting statements short of physically going to a PNC branch. This is bogus. Update your site and enter the year 2012!
