Catholic Charity Per diem Expenses for Meals at the Rate of $25.00 peer day from 12.09.11to 22-12-11

I was a tenant at Casa Santa Cruz, which I vacated on 2.2.12.
I left the apartment fairly lean. The bathroom & Kitchen sink were exquisitely Clean. I left 2 expensive paintings (one in Oil) in the living room, which their claim the apartment was totally empty.

They have not yet returned my security Deposit of $175.00 till date.

According the the home rules of Casa Santa Cruz: If the Security Deposit has not been accounted for within 15 days, there can be no deductions of any sort, which qualifies me for a refund of the total amount of $175.00.

I was forced to stay in a Motel from 12.09.11 to 12.22.11. I was allowed to spend an amount of $25.00 per day for a total of approximately $275.00., which has still to bhe repaid to me. It is now a total of 6 1/2 months delay.

I need the moneys of $175.00 $275.00 returned tome immediately as i need themoney very badly.

The manager Ms D. Richards is to reprimanded for this gross negligence of her duties.
