Ripoff fraudulent deceptive non delivering

I got a call from a lady named Ruth. She sounded like someones grand mother. She said that I had been preapproved for a master or visa card with a limit of 2500 dollars.

All I had to do was pay a one time fee of 299. And there would be no other fees annual or other wise. I told her I couldn't afford it right now. She said what she reccomended was get the card which I was to receive in 10 bussiness days, then take a 300 dollar cash advance to get back the money I needed for other bills.

I was getting ready to go on vacation. I waited up until the day I was preparing to leave. Not having received the card yet. I called the phone number I had gotten from my bank.

I was shocked when the person on the other end said I had to wait 21 bussiness days. I told him I was told 10. His responce was some sales people will say any thing to make a sale.

I was gone 10 days to the 8th of July. I immeaditly called them back. This time I got a different person saying it must have been lost in the works somewhere. I would have to wait another 10 days while they submit a claim to the company. Meaning Everest which would take another 7 bussiness days.

I waited some more. After getting worked up again I called them again. We are now at the end of July 6 weeks after I made the payment on June 16th. I spoke to Racheal she was very soothing very emphathetic.

Racheal said that she would have to put a trace on it and see what happened to my package and to call back in a couple days. I asked for her extension. She said they don't have extensions just ask for her.

I called back 3 days later and Racheal informed me that I had waited more than long enough. That the 21 days was more than past. She was going to submit paperwork to have it expressed. That needless to say didn't happen either.

I called back August 13th and was on hold then after about 15 min got cut off. I immeaditly call back to hear the message that the office was closed until Monday. I hung up and dialed back to get the hours again because I didn't pay enough attention the first time.

I got some lady on the phone which I am a little appalled that I don't have enough sence to write down the names when I talk to these people. This lady tells me that it wasn't supposed to even be proccessed until 28 June and then I would have had to wait until 30 working days past that would have passed.

I informed her of the 21 day claim I herd after the ten day claim had passed which led to 4 to 6 weeks. I Then told her I was getting a little suspicious. Why is that she said??? Because I had been getting run around I said.

I called back today 8/16 and got a different guy I emedeatly asked for Racheal not likeing the convertsation I got on Friday. He said we can't transfer calls here. I again went through the whole speal about the card and having not received it. He said the complaint had been processed and I would have to wait another 7 days for it to be worked out.

I then called the company That had sent me paper copy of the check they used to debit my account. To complain about Everest Consumer Services. The lady asked me if I would like a refund I said that would be great.

She said I would receive a form in the mail I would have to sign it and send it back. I asked if she could fax it. She said it would be computer generated. We will see how that works out.
