Asked for fee about $30 for a credit card, than after when they got that payment they sent me letter request of $300 so they can give me a credit card with ballance of $600

When I got offer from credit company I sent them fee about $30. Next step was to recive a credit card. But company tried to involved me in further money scan by asking $300. I never get my first fee back.
