I purchased a product online from a trusted vendor. I used PayPal because my billing and shipping information was already filed and it was convenient. However PayPal wouldn't use the credit card I requested, they decided to use a funding source of their choosing. When I filed a complaint I was told it wasn't their problem. Their customer service reps were arrogant and rude, treated me with contempt and just didn't give a d*n. As far as they were concerned I was out of luck, PayPal does what they want to regardless of what the customer requests. The most irritating person was Wendy, #45761. She didn't listen to a thing I said, she had her prepared answer and what I said didn't matter. Beware if you must use this service. They do what they want and will never listen to you if you don't like what they do!
