It looks like the complaint box for Wells Fargo Mortgage is full! I have refinanced with them also and found the process to be impossibly complex because of the lack of knowledge of the people I dealt with. I finally managed to get thorugh it, but was so dissatisfied that I wrote a long letter to Customer Relations with details, names and dates. The only thing I got back was an inane form letter that said "how sorry they were". Yeah right. Looking to refinance again just to get away from them... Of that is possible!!
