Automatic Bill Payment Failure

Without authorization Whitney Bank stopped the automatic monthly payment of bills for gas, electric, telephone, cable, etc. Leading to over $20.00 in late charges and a disconnection letter from the electric company. Someone apparently switched my automatic payment to one time payments. The people I talked to at the Whitney Bank seemed incapable of understanding, helping, or restoring my account.
