I am so disappointed in the merger between the two banks. It would be one thing if they took the best of both organizations and merged them.instead... It seems as if everything that was Whitney is now gone. WHITNEY BILL PAY is horrible since the merger took place. This should have remained as the Whitney Bill Pay at the time of the merger. The new program is confusing and I have received so many notices in the mail of "no payment" or "late payment" when I never had that happen with Whitney. It seems that some vendors have dropped out of the system or at least the regular monthly payment has dropped. Now I have to find some time and re-enter all my bills just to ensure payments are being made in a timely manner. The day that Whitney Bank loses its name and becomes Hancock Bank... I close my account. I sure do miss the "Whitney" ways.
