I had to change my bank account and the 1st payment was not able to go through... Received harassing phone calls for payment... I sent the payment by Western Union and was told they would reprocess my loan the same day and put the money back in my account. I notified them after the Western Union was sent... Could never talk to anyone on the phone... Constantly on hold 20-30 min or longer... Used the message part of their website to talk to someone directly... Received multiple excuses why the process has not been completed...
Took 1 week to finally get the loan back into my account with multiple web site conversations with the company... Everyone told me I needed to talk to a supervisor... Never gave me a contact name or a phone number to reach anyone... I am trying now to repay the loan after my bank account has been ruined by fees and my other creditors upset because my payments were not made in a timely mannner.
Spoke to a Jan Hart yesterday about the repayment of the loan... She said that they could not take a partial payment to get the loan cleared and if the full amount was not returned by Aug. 13th it would go to a department for further collection procedure... I am sending them payment on my account Western Union... Until paid and do not want to deal with them again.
