I have been dealing with hrs for a couple of years now and I have read a lot of the complaints online about the company and would like to have everyone hear my story as it may help them with their problems.
My account was actually I guess bought from another financial company who were reputable and I had no problems what so ever. After HRS took my acount I began getting the late charges and of course hrs blaimed the postal service.
I then decided to pay with online banking and that was a waste of time as well but note I don't blame my bank at all. I then decided to send the payment priority mail and have delivery confirmation upon arrival. That worked just fine for about three months.
The account I refer to was 2700.00 for a heat pump installed in my home. Once the account got down to around 750.00 I couldn't get it any lower because of the theft by late charges.
I have read where some people claim HRS removed the late charges but I assure you it only happens the first time! None will be removed after that. I now send a payment every week by online banking and I do not receive a bill of any kind. I have no idea at all where my account stands today or even if these crooks are still in business.
I am sure though that if I stop paying I will see some late charges in the mail. It saddens me to see people like HRS able to exist in the world we live in! Where is the federal government going to step in and get the armpit of financial institutes out of this world?
Not to mention the people involved with such dishonost behavior or even employed by it being able to close their eyes and sleep at night! Should if you do, bother to even pray for people like this?
