Ripoff They are threatening foreclosure

I have just started in hell with EMC Mortgage. They are claiming that I am months and months behind on a 350,000 loan. They are threatening foreclosure and I don't want to lose my home. Please let me know of any lawsuits that I can join or anything to stop the sale of my home.
