Netflix unauthorized charges to my account

I tried registering to get a free trial offer on 10/1. After filling out all my data (including charge card data), I obtained a note declaring that I had been not entitled to the free trial offer (I'd a merchant account years back). Used to do not realize that concept intended they were still signing me-up and getting my charge card. I needed the netflix to get a journey I had been getting. I simply returned from my check, catching-up on costs and observed a regular cost on my charge card on 10/3,11/3 and 12/3.

I required a reimbursement and was informed they’ll stop my consideration and reimbursement the 12/3 cost, however they can't return any costs past thirty days – despite the fact that I didn't understand I had been an associate and also the support hasn't been utilized. I had been not informed (by e-mail, telephone, etc.) I’ll be calling the BBB to record this aswell.

The most recent BS may be the marketing as possible not fast-forward towards the main selection and also have to look at!
