Two-week free trial offer charging me $48.20

I joined netflix on the 2-week "free" test period. Prior to the fourteen days were up i delivered all dvdis and cancelled my account online (only since there is no telephone number on the webpage to keep in touch with an individual to verify that I'd not be billed) I obtained verification that my account was terminated. I thought okay thinking there could be free to my charge card. After rescheduling I'd an emergancy that I nearly maxed my charge card out-but I had been still under my restriction, I let you know this simply to direct in to the proven fact that about the very evening that i terminated the account (3 times before it expired) Netflix billed me $19.20 that I had been unaware of or anticipating. Since I have didn't understand I had been chareged for my "free" test and applied my charge card I was delivered by it within the limit and another $29.00 was billed to be within the restriction. Me shouldn't have billed before my membership was up after deleting my account or whenever they have billed me. Not able to look for a telephone number i am waiting on the response how so when they're likely to return my income and sent their customer support. I dont believe its fair to make me delay on the reaction to a reimbursement once they could not wait until me was up before they charged. I'd like individuals to realize that a "two-week free trial offer" wound up charging me $48.20. When there is no method of calling customer support beware.
