Privacy Guard has been using our credit card to charge annual fee without any authorization. When I called they claimed they use a automated system to call us. This proves that they knew our credit card information prior the call. This means Chase has been breaching client confidentiality in providing those information to privacyguard.
I now want to file an official complain for breach of confidentiality against Chase to the board regulating their license. Chase has provided my confidential information to third party privacyguard. How do we file the complain and to who? What is the board regulating their license?
